so, let's be honest, I know literally nothing about healthy living. all I know is that I found out in august of 2016 that I have a wheat allergy, so I made a complete 180 with my eating and exercise habits, and have somehow lost 30 pounds – while eating Chick Fil A and tacos on a daily basis.
